Craig brings over 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry to The Richard Solomon Group. A founding member of the company, he has extensive experience in large corporate build-to-suit projects, tenant improvement projects, remodels, and ground up construction work. He has led pre-construction and construction teams on over two million square feet of ground up construction and over 750,000 square feet of build-to-suit tenant improvement work. Craig’s previous experience as Senior Project Manager for Opus West Corporation gives him the unique perspective to “think like an owner” and focus on what is important to the client.
